This is a photograph taken by Peter D. one of the guys on TECH at my school. The photograph was taken for our school play. After taking the photographs they were handed off to me by Peter so I could select the one that we would use and then edit it so that it looked like a 1930's style photograph (a black and white that is hand colored). In order to achieve this effect I used varous filters and setting adjustments in Adobe Photoshop. Do you think it looks like a 1930's photograph?

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. did you say "hand colored"?
because it still looks like a crapy (bad camera) photo.
and your effect is horible. it stinks. I advise a little blur. it may help look a little less 'pixelized'. it looks like it came out of my old crappy printer. (even on best setting it printed with about a .5 millimeter space between each dot.
